These townhouses set in a busy & monotone neighbourhood with a mix of residential & industrial presence. The use of colours in this design is minimal in order to blend into the surroundings, but at the same time knowing that the colour plantings will create a striking contrast.

One of the main challenges of this project is the very limited site area of 524sqm. Despite the constraints, we aim to create very generous rooms and spaces, with 3 large bedrooms, one with ensuites. The design also features two living areas to each units, making sure different lifestyles are accommodated.
