Beneath the beautiful and simple surface, this project was in fact one of the most difficult projects we had - a Pandora box. All previous plumbing was done incorrectly. With very limited subfloor clearance, we had to replace all existing galvanised and sewer pipes. We spent a lot of time on layout design to satisfy both construction practicality & our needs. The result was rewarding.

We loved the simplicity and rawness that concrete can bring. But we tweaked it and balanced it with beige tone and timber. Once warm white downlights were added. Warmth within cool was created.
